A Lightness of Being: A Vinyasa Flow Class to Connect to Your Heart with Backbends

Backbends can be invigorating and transformative but for many students backbends can also be sometimes difficult and intimidating postures. This class will help to find ways to build confidence and work with common issues surrounding some of these poses as the asanas themselves help to open and connect us to our heart centers. This enerizing and safe Vinyasa Flow class will bring more joy and less fear to your backbend practice.
