From the Ground Up: Building Stability, Flexibility and Strength in the Lower Body

In this practice students will learn to strengthen and
lengthen the major muscle groups of the lower body such as quadriceps, hamstrings, gluteus, abdomen and lower back. 

Students who participate in this workshop will develop a better understanding of how the structural body (i.e. core, lower back and hips) supports advanced poses and overall body alignment.

This workshop is open to all levels of practice.  Just be prepared to work hard and feel free to ask questions.
