Deep inside you know that you need to slow down. This yoga workshop, in the art and style of yin, allows a slowing down on purpose. Postures are held for minutes at a time. Within those quiet holds students are encouraged to let go and breathe.
As you endeavor to keep peace with the oncoming holidays, take time to self nurture, increase vitality and experience comfort and joy of a deeper connection with Self.
