The H-F Racquet & Fitness Club (the Club), located at 2920 W. 183rd St., Homewood IL will hold the second race of its annual H-F Summer 5K Circuit, Wednesday, July 4.
The Run for Freedom will start and end at Lions Club Park and Pool, located at 1041 Ridge Road, Homewood.

The Run for Freedom will have a unique Tech T-shirt as well as post-race refreshments. Professional timing, the Chip Timing system, is used to calculate the overall and age group prizes. Awards will be presented at the end of the event.
The main sponsor, Conroy Sports Physical Therapy will be on site at each race to provide warm-up and cool down therapeutic services to race participants.
