and spirit and how we feel. This workshop is aimed at exploring a simple, healthy, and happy path, one mouthful at a time.
The Yoga of Food is a guided and gentle process to learn about mindfulness of eating in today's world that includes a new perspective on the previously dreaded "emotional eating" as well as approaches to deal with the day-to-day challenges of food. We'll also explore whole foods,
resources, and ways to choose and weave healthy foods into your everyday life.
