YIN Yoga

With Karen Nielsen, E-RYT 500. The practice of Yin Yoga is necessary to maintain joint flexibility.

Gently we stimulate the flow of prana through a matrix of nadis (subtle channels) within the connective tissues.

The practice allows time in each posture, time to grow curious about this hidden energy of the joints. Our postures are held with muscles relaxed. Throughout the practice yin and yang poses supplement each other.
