Yoga for Runners

Are you a runner and looking to improve your stride? Are you trying to work on your breathing? Or are you a beginner looking for tips on running your first race?

Discover how various styles of yoga can improve your "game." Whether running on your own or in races, this class is for you.  During this workshop you'll experience the "high" of your pursuit coupled with the rest and restoration that your body needs after often pushing yourself to the physical limit.  We'll learn the correlation between breath, mental focus, and stamina as well as the various muscles activated when running. Gain knowledge about how to effectively select yoga poses for peak performance and become inspired! Experience greater joy when you are running.  Mixed levels.
