Football: Vikings Fall in Close Heartbreaker Against Naperville
Homewood-Flossmoor High School was knocked out of the playoffs on their second loss of the season.
In what feels like a premature finish, the H-F Vikings have ended their impressive season with a difficult 24-21 loss to the Naperville Central Red Hawks in round 2 of the playoffs.
It was one of only two losses in the entire season.
The Vikings, ranked 26 in the state, end the season with a final record of 9-2.
