For the Davidson Clan of H-F Swimming, Timing is Everything
Heather and Scott Davidson make it to every Homewood-Flossmoor girls swim meet to support their daughter, Rebecca Tanner, and keep track of her ever-improving times.
With a stopwatch, camera and personal time sheet in hand, Scott and Heather Davidson make it a point to be at every girls swimming meet. These super fans aren't just dedicated to the team, though. They're dedicated to their daughter, Rebecca Tanner, a freshman who swims on the junior varsity team at H-F.
“We make them all. At least one of us, if not both of us, makes to every one of her meets,” Heather Davidson said.
Heather said that the Davidson's bring a stopwatch to meets just in case the swim venue has a faulty time board or no board at all. She said the stopwatch let's her and Scott keep track of Rebecca's improvement throughout the year.
