Flossmoor Police Assist IJP Students with D.A.R.E.

Flossmoor Police Department assists Infant Jesus of Prague students with D.A.R.E. program.

He explained that making the right choices is extremely important during his presentation for the drug abuse resistance and education (D.A.R.E.) program. The program takes place at during a six-week period. D.A.R.E is part of the fifth grade curriculum at .

Officer Brosnan was able to relay a day in the life of a Flossmoor Police Officer and to display some of his tools. Students were interested and aware of the effects of his stun gun. They asked questions. Officer Brosnan stated, “Many people who commit crimes go down a wrong path in their lives. Many also come from decent families.”
