The future was presented to students at Infant Jesus of Prague School. The school hosted a Career Development presentation which included a forensic accountant, circuit court judge, firefighters and many other local professionals. Coordinator and IJP school counselor, Ms. Felicia Russell said, “Younger students were able to become familiar with multiple professions. Junior high students got an opportunity to ask questions about how school subjects can connect with jobs they may do in the future.”

Chicago Heights Mayor, David L. Owen said, “My favorite aspect of the job is seeing projects getting started and then watching them come to fruition.” Owen, along with Circuit Court Judge, Michele Simmons and many others shared vast knowledge and valuable experience with students.
