Baby Bloomers Storyhour at the Homewood Library: “Baby Bloomers is designed for birth thru 12 months olds and their 

caregivers. Easy fingerplays, songs, and stories will be featured. No registration required.”

Tuesday

Crawlers Storyhour at the Homewood Library: “Crawlers is designed for children between 1-2 years old and their 

caregivers. Fingerplays, songs, and stories will be featured. No registration required.”

Wednesday

‘Earth and Sky’ Exhibit Debuts at Union Street Gallery: “The six artists of earth and sky … have long been inspired by nature, and dedicated to creating substantial bodies of images of woods, prairies and fields, mountains, lakes and streams, individual plant forms and long sky vistas.”

Mommy Date Night @ Mitchell's Soda Shop: “Moms - it's your turn! Get out of the house with your progeny - forget about the dishes and homework, take a moment to slow down and come and have a big hot fudge sundae while you connect with the kids.”  

FUSED at USG: "FUSED will feature 31 encaustic works of art by select members of Fused Chicago, a Midwestern encaustic artists group.  Art on exhibit will include painting, mixed media pieces, and sculpture."

Preschool Storyhour at the Homewood Library: “Beat the winter blues at our Preschool Storyhour! This program is designed for 3 to 5 year olds who will participate in activities in the Rauch Reading Room including games, songs, stories and  a movie for 30 minutes and then join their caregiver in the Youth Area for a craft afterwards. Registration is required.”

Totally Tots Storyhour at the Homewood Library: “Totally Tots story time is a program designed for 2 to early 3 year olds. Caregivers and children enjoy this highly interactive story time together with toys, songs, and stories. No registration required.”

Thursday

Lego Club at the Homewood Library: “Build Lego creations with your friends and family at the Homewood Libray! Open to all, no registration required.“

Saturday

HF Band Auction, to benefit the HF Symphonic Band's and Jazz Band’s Tour of China: “You're invited to a 'Chinese New Year Celebration' ... The events of the evening include a silent auction, a live auction, musical performances, and a taste of China.”

Best Buddies Pet Food Pantry - Pet Food Drive (Day 1): “Pet items needed: any new dog & cat food, dog biscuits, cat treats, new/gently used collars, plastic grocery bags, & pet food coupons.”
