Flossmoor Women and Mens Association Luncheon and Program: "Returning actor Terry Lynch will reflect on Dickens life and times at Christmas.  Stories, writings, and historical perspectives of Dickens and his writings."

Winter Holiday Stories and Songs at the Homewood Library: "Winter stories and songs will brighten your day at the Homewood Library! The library's favorite songstress, Anna Stange, will raise your holiday spirits and exercise your vocal cords. No registration required."

Homewood Historical Society Meeting and Program: "Actor Terry Lynch will educate as well as inspire as he demonstrates how the Santa Claus figure through the ages has epitomized the adage that 'it is better to give than to receive.'" 

Thursday

Holiday Music at the Flossmoor Library: "Highly acclaimed pianist/composer Deborrah Wyndham shares her own arrangements of familiar holiday songs both popular and traditional and also demonstrates rare holiday pieces including information on the history and background of the selections."

Friday

Holiday Jammie Jam: "Need to finish some holiday shopping? Bring your kids to us for an evening of fun! Send them in their favorite pj's for pizza, a holiday craft and movie. Feel free to bring a sleeping bag and your favorite stuffed animal along for a night of 'sleep over' fun!"

Advent Taize Prayer Service: "This one-hour service consists of simple songs, scripture, a service of light, periods of silence and meditation, and a time for voicing our petitions."

Freddy Cole Quartet Performs at Freedom Hall: "Freddy Cole  has been haled as one of the most influential jazz singers. His raspy, jazzy voice and piano playing make for a night of great entertainment."

Saturday

Breakfast With Santa: "Music, merriment and wishes for holiday toys will be found at this event for children and their parents."

Visit with Santa at Thomas' Photographic: Bring your pets and children to Thomas' Photographic and get your photo taken with Santa!

Sunday

Brunch with Santa at Wiley's Grill: "Bring the kids, the lists and the camera. Brunch menu includes traditional breakfast items, bread and pastry station, omelette station, dessert station and much more."
