This place used to be a daily part of my life, I love the lunch specials which are amazing for the price. The food is not on par with what you will get at a place like Asian Harbor, but for cheap chinese you can't beat the stuff. Lot's of crisp greens, and healthy options; and nice management. My only complaint is the sit down portion of the restaurant, which is frequented by rowdy groups of teens who create pretty unenjoyable eating experience. I once asked the waitress to nicely tell a loud group to lower their voices a little, and she did but that didn't stop them. I have no problem with youth out enjoying themselves, but the manager needs to keep them controlled or it turns the other diners off.

This is the best Chinese food for the money in Homewood. They cook to order. If you want less "sauce" or spicier dishes they will happily comply. The smoothies are very good too.
Love Eat Rice! They make great, healthy dishes- my son loves their smoothies as well.
