Even though they sell great tires I wouldn't go near this place again even for tire warranty work. They act real nice until you sign the sale papers. after that try and make a warranty claim! I got a 4 wheel alignment by the car dealer I bought it from a week earlier since I suspected it was out of alignment. I was due for new tires and wanted this particular tire. They tried to shove a "free" vehicle and alignment check down my throat. After I refused, they proceeded to tell me that my new tire warrenty was now voided and a tire tech proceeded to do it anyway! They opened my hood and started to try and pull what they thought was the air filter cover off! Turms out it was part of the air intake tract and they bent a bracket trying to yank it off! I checked the Firestone website and printed out the warrenty and it said NOTHING about this free check voiding my warrenty. While I was there the manager and a sales guy were intensely arguing about a warrenty claim. The tires were clearly worn incorrectly from bad balancing and they refused the claims on both.
