I did not have a good experience here. The doctor I saw suggested a prescription that did not work at all. The staff is pushy with their merchandise (they told me I could only buy contact lenses and glasses from them, and upon follow up regarding a bad prescription, I heard them tell another client the same thing). And they are not entirely honest when it comes to billing. Suffice it to say that they billed me multiple times and for different services each time I was billed, even after I checked and rechecked with my insurance provider to make sure they paid the vendor. Normally, it's the insurance company you have to watch out for. But not in this case.

My family and I have been going to Dr Ken for years and always had great experiences! He even squeezed me in last second when I realized I was out of contacts and leaving for Mexico next morning, and gave me a free pair to take along!!! No one has ever been pushy at all...in fact, the opposite. And they take care of all the insurance stuff for you, and have great designer frames including Coach and Ed Hardy!
