Sorry Jane but you do need to be a resident to use the splash pad, but not the park. If your a resident it should not be a problem. Some of us pay 3 to $10,000 a year in property taxes so get over it.

To what are your referring? Are you a resident of the HF Park district?

This park should say whites only they make black people with their innocent children who want to enjoy the park, feel unwanted. God help those with hate in their heart!
