Two words. The chicken. The rub. OK, that's four words. And four stars.

We used the Twisted Bakery to cater my senior vocal recital. The cupcakes were beautifully decorated with a variety of bright colors. The red velvet cupcakes were my favorite, but every flavor was moist and delicious. The music note shaped cookies were also a huge hit, as well as the blueberry lemon bars. The people at the Twisted restaurant worked diligently with us to ensure great variety at a very reasonable price.
Everyone really enjoyed the desserts, and I highly recommend the baked goods.
We ordered Twisted Q catering for my daughter's birthday party last night. While I normally don't venture away from the Dixie Brisket Sandwich, I decided to go with the Pulled Pork for the party. And let me tell you, it was just as delicious! Everyone commented on how good it was, along with the corn bread pudding side. I was very impressed with how the smokey flavor of the pork and just all around fantastic flavor of the BBQ sauce were not lost in the larger catering order. Besides our standard Friday night take-out dinner, Twisted Q will be our new go-to place when ordering for parties now too!
Wow~ The Dixie beef brisket sandwich was fabulous and the fries were excellent! The service was courteous and efficient. My lunch meal was ready is less than 5 minutes. I will definitely go back again.
My family and I ate at Twisted Q last night for the first time. We were excited for them to come to town as who doesn't love good barbeque, and we had heard good things about the Steger location. We were not disappointed in the least. The pulled pork was tender and flavorful, and the ribs were cooked perfectly, and also tender and delicious. I really liked the spicy BBQ sauce on my pork, and my wife liked the sweet sauce on her ribs. We also had the white chilli, and other than being really (temperature) hot, it was also good, as was the Mac & Cheese, however I'm not sure I would vote it best in the area, but that's just my opinion of course. My daughter liked her chicken strips and fries, and loved being able to pick up a few treats at the bakery after dinner.
Service was very good and attentive, the restaurant is clean with plenty of seating for dine in. Their menu is extensive including some seafood selections as well as burgers and dogs, so something for everyone. We will definitely be back to sample some more, that is of course if I can force myself to NOT order the pork again! love it! Welcome to Homewood Twisted Q!

Just attended the fund raiser last night at "Open Mic". Had both the BBack and SL ribs. Both are quite good so it depends on how you like your ribs.
