Just ran across this thread and I don't see any updates... The house went on the market in April 2011 for $490k, and is currently listed for $300k but has been in "temporarily no showings" status since July 2012. Severe mold damage. Foreclosure proceedings were started in December 2008 and appear to be ongoing. The tax bill is over $32k/yr - tough pill to swallow for anyone buying a 7,152 sq ft … more ›
