Sounds like a very nice idea Dave!

You might also be interested in the South Suburban Garden Club. We meet in the Flossmoor Community Church the first Tuesday of each month. Dues are a reasonable $20/year. It's not your grandma's garden club - not at all hoity-toity. There are lots of down-to-earth folks in the club. I've been a member for a little over a year. It's a nice way to learn, exchange ideas (and plants,) and get together with other area gardeners.

Cheers,
Linda

I was wondering about posting on the patch an idea I had about a "transplant" exchange of plants in the area. People exchanging plants with each other and sharing their gardening experience and stories behind their gardens. What do you think?
