“ One of the many things, martial arts is a spiritual journey where I learned how to dominate my fears and persevere.  I am able to overcome the anxiety, the mix emotions and feelings of the every day life because of my foundation.  I know the obstacles that I face in life will only make me stronger if I persist and once again get up on my feet and keep on trying, regardless of how many times life throws me on the ground. My determination will keep me going. This is a valuable lesson I take into every aspects of my life. It helps me to become a better person than yesterday.  This is the most important lesson that the martial arts have to offer.  This lesson, I’ll pass on to my students”
