Homewood Small Fry Basketball tryouts

    Homewood Area Small Fry Basketball will host tryouts for the upcoming
2014 season beginning with three December dates at the Homewood Village
Auditorium, Chestnut Road and Dixie Highway. Tryouts will be held on Wednesday,
Dec. 18 and Monday, Dec. 23 from 6 to 8 p.m., as well as Saturday, Dec. 21 from
1 to 4 p.m.
Candidates may be no taller than 5-foot-1 and no older than
age 12 as of Sept. 1, 2013. Homewood will offer both a rookie developmental team
and a varsity team that hopes to qualify for the International Tournament at
Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Fla. during April.
Tryouts will
continue in early January (beginning Jan. 4) on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6 to
8 p.m. and Saturdays from 4 to 7 p.m. More information may be obtained by
